92 households in the urban public rental housing lottery are happy to fulfill their dream of settling down
On the morning of December 12th, the lottery and allocation of public rental housing in Huanggang City was carried out at the Real Estate Development Center of the city. 92 families facing housing difficulties selected their homes through fair lottery, fulfilling their dream of settling down. The Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Municipal Public Security Bureau, Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau and other departments, as well as the Municipal Integrated Media Center and Municipal Notary Office, supervise and guide the entire process to ensure that the allocation process is open, fair and just.
This public rental housing allocation focuses on solving the housing needs of disadvantaged groups in urban areas. In the early stage, the qualification review was strictly carried out according to the process of "community acceptance application - preliminary review by street office - re review by district urban housing security center", and ultimately 94 households that meet the allocation conditions were determined. On the day of the lottery, 2 households voluntarily gave up their eligibility for allocation, and the remaining 92 households entered the on-site lottery process.
To ensure the fairness of the lottery process, the day before the lottery, lottery tools such as table tennis balls and property envelopes will be inspected by notaries and sealed. At the event site, staff displayed housing information, family lists, and sealed lottery tools one by one, and accepted supervision from the public and media throughout the process. During the lottery process, representatives from each household participate in touching the ball and extracting the housing envelope in sequence. The results are broadcasted in real time and synchronously publicized, and the entire process is standardized, transparent, and orderly.
Ms. Lu from Qingzhuanhu Community couldn't hide her joy and expressed the feelings of many families facing housing difficulties, saying, "Finally, I have found a satisfactory house, and I don't have to worry about renting in the future. The relevant person in charge of the participating municipal units stated that this allocation work strictly followed the management regulations for public rental housing allocation, leaving traces throughout the process design and on-site execution, effectively safeguarding the vital rights and interests of the masses.
The 96 vacant housing units launched this time are distributed in three public rental housing communities, Huimin Jiayuan, Huikang Jiayuan, and Huize Jiayuan, all of which are properties obtained through clearance. The standardized property services and convenient transportation in the community can meet the living needs of different families.
