The renovation project of the old village in Miaotou, Guangzhou, will see the first batch of villagers move back to their new homes in early 2026

At present, Guangzhou Chengtou Urban Renewal Group is making every effort to finalize the project, and the first batch of villagers will officially relocate to new houses in early 2026.

This time, there are a total of 609 sets of properties available, covering 8 types of housing layouts, ranging in area from 79 ㎡ to 105 ㎡, including 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom, etc., with more than 700 supporting parking spaces, fully meeting the differentiated living needs of villagers.
